Brigada's collaboration with Nescafe, one of the world's leading producers of coffee products, brings the first company Training Room to the Zagreb headquarters. The initial brief from the client was creating a B2B space dedicated to showcasing, tasting, and educating the public about the extensive range of products within Nescafe's portfolio and its wider culture of the professional coffee barista world.
Nescafe Training Room aims to raise product awareness through in-person experiences, coffee tasting, and live education about the technical equipment and know-how required in the professional barista coffee environment.
The focus on presenting the brand and its products in such a strong, almost staged way almost immediately paralleled the world of theaters and performance arts. This association guided us through the design phase, eventually referencing the theatrical setup, with the central kitchen island functioning as the main stage while the kitchen and brand wall become the scenographic backdrop to the activities carried out in the center of the room.
Together with the kitchen and kitchen island, the Training Room features a small lounge area, an educational brand wall, and a few more equipment part of the brand's offer for the B2B market. The overall look and feel of the Training Room had to balance warmth and a contemporary corporate look while at the same time using the brand's color palette and design language. Thanks to its strategic position within the Nescafe headquarters and its warm corporate look and feel, the activities carried out in the Training Room extend way beyond the initial desired scope. Office networking and team building, internal one-on-one meetings, or private client presentations are only a few of the activities currently carried out in what was supposed to be a space limited to client presentations and demonstrations.
Nescafe's Training Room is effectively becoming a major asset to both the Zagreb office headquarters and to the presence and reputation of the brand on a National and Regional level.
