The interiors are the result of extensive research and internal workshops carried out with employees, which emphasized the wish to promote physical interactions, ultimately striving to keep the intimacy and the start-up attitude present in the company's early days.
Having this insight, our work focused on designing areas for collective gatherings, giving employees the wish to travel through floors for activities specific to each floor. These activity-based hotspots are closely related to the archetype of Agoras.

In this place, communal life is regulated and communication becomes the cornerstone for coexistence and collective growth.
Rimac Technology office now features areas of communal life for the whole of its employees; from the dining and lounge areas to the library and game room, from the company gym and the training rooms to the Rimac Hotel, featuring nap boots and a meditation room.
