Ledo Plus’s new headquarters was designed as a dynamic, contemporary workplace that reflects the brand’s energetic, approachable identity while celebrating the joy of everyday experiences. The goal was to create a flexible environment that inspires employees, encourages collaboration, and enhances overall workplace wellbeing.
The spatial concept is based on the idea of “neighbourhoods” distinct office zones connected by “streets,” “squares,” cafés, and informal meeting points. This intuitive layout supports different work styles while fostering spontaneous interactions and stronger connections between teams. Inspired by the social nature of food, the interior combines warm materials, rich textures, and carefully selected colours to create a welcoming atmosphere reminiscent of well-designed hospitality spaces. Vibrant collaboration areas, lounges, kitchens, terraces, and a show kitchen are balanced with quiet focus zones, allowing employees to choose the environment that best suits their tasks.
Developed in close collaboration with Ledo teams, the workspace reflects real working patterns and prioritises both functionality and user experience. Abundant natural light, biophilic design, greenery, and calming colour palettes contribute to comfort and productivity.
Rather than relying on overt branding, Ledo’s identity is woven subtly into the architecture through materials, colours, textures, and bespoke details inspired by the company’s iconic products, creating an authentic workplace that supports people while expressing the brand’s values.
