Natural materials and biophilic elements are seamlessly integrated, fostering a deeper connection to nature while promoting a sense of calm and wellbeing. Graphic details inspired by local culture and identity add a unique layer of character, making the office both relatable and distinctive. Adaptability and comfort are at the forefront of the design, with ergonomic, activity-based furniture that supports various workstyles. A light color palette paired with natural finishes enhances the sense of openness, while acoustic solutions ensure a peaceful and focused environment.

Strategically placed accent pieces not only enhance the aesthetic but also provide opportunities for brand storytelling, connecting employees to the company’s values and narrative. The spatial layout is carefully segmented into distinct work neighborhoods, optimizing focus and privacy while allowing employees to choose work settings that suit their individual preferences. Meeting rooms and focus rooms are integrated throughout, offering flexibility for both individual and collaborative tasks. Alternative workspaces, such as informal zones, further encourage creativity and adaptability.

To foster social connection and team cohesion, the office includes a shared kitchen area—a recharge space for collaboration and bonding. A wellness room was also designed to prioritize employees’ wellbeing, offering a space for relaxation, exercise, or quiet retreat. This project reflects Brigada’s dedication to creating human-centered workspaces that balance productivity and emotional engagement. By combining function, comfort, and local character, the design of Coca-Cola Adria’s Zagreb office offers a thoughtful response to the needs of today’s workforce, setting a new standard for workplace environments.
